If you've had an auto accident or experienced property loss, above all else, please make sure that you, your family, and anyone else involved are safe before reporting your claim!
To start a new claim during normal business hours, please contact your local FBCO agent and they will begin the claims process for you. You can also submit your claim online through our Customer Portal or call the FBCO Claims Hotline at 1-888-701-1876. Shortly after you have filed your claim, an adjuster will follow up with you to review the claims process and answer any questions you may have.
If you need to report a claim after business hours, the FBCO Customer Portal is available 24/7 to open a new claim. After-hours claims can also be initiated by calling 1-888-701-1876 and leaving a message. Your call will be returned by an FBCO adjuster the next business day.
Whether you submit your claim during regular business hours or after hours, your report will be more complete if you have the following information available for the customer service representative or online portal.

When you've had a covered loss, FBCO will partner with you to handle your claim and help get your covered vehicle or property repaired or replaced. Once the claim has been assigned to one of our claim representatives, he or she will typically contact you within 24 to 48 hours. The claims representative will be able to answer your questions and provide information that helps you resolve a covered claim quickly and efficiently.
